Refund Policy

At Trend Matter, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Health, hygiene, and beauty items (for safety reasons)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@trendmatter.store
     with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us a clear photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
